Comment:  This is a top house, that being said it is not a top fraternity. Not having a pledge process hurts this organization. A pledge process promotes brotherhood within a class and gives the new members a chance to align themselves with the values of the fraternity. The fraternity offers little when it comes to developing its new members into men. Fraternities were established as societies aiming to better its members and the community. This is where they struggle.
