Comment:  These guys are in a yearly competition year after year with Delts as the bottom house at UCR. They give out bids to anyone. If you are a freshman going through recruitment spend your time with other houses because you will get into Skulls no matter what. Oh and everyone knows their secret handshake too LOL!
