Comment:  Only reason they are middle tier is they don't have an annex house to party in. If they had one at Palmer, mill, kurts or Elliott these guys would be hands down the best fraternity. But I have partied with them at their place on State street. The bathrooms and first floor are cleaner than my house in Columbus.
