Comment:  aggressively full of themselves with literally nothing to back it up. pi phi's pledge class this year was full of randos and very very average looking girls - some even say it was worse than chi o's. it's kind of become the place for boring, more conservative-leaning girls who just rushed to get out of the draw. that wouldn't be a problem except that they're so stuck up and have egos like they were Pi Phis 5 or 10 years ago when it was actually good.
