Comment:  They are still new and they are still bottom, no matter what all the self ranks say. They would be taken more seriously if they didn't give out bids via fb and if they didn't constantly promote their more attractive members. My Aphi friends complain about these kinds of issues all the time and say it causes problems. They do a lot of exchanges with fraternities.
