Comment:   Adpi is top for a reason. My chapter isn't nearly as popular per say but we all know where we stand and were happy with it. All the adpis i know are really nice and cool. i can easily admit that other chapters and even some of my own members tend to talk badly because of jealousy or other reasons but from my personal opinion, they deserve their title.
