Comment:  There are a solid handful of nice girls in this house so it's a shame that they've certainly dropped in ranking. You can tell who is a pi phi on this site by the positive views. Not top tier anymore. Behind houses like DG, alpha phi, tri delt, and maybe even adpi. A bit of advice: disregard the down votes this post gets as I can assure you that they are all from pi phis.
