Comment:  Phi Delt is by no means a "top" house but they are a great group of guys. Being a sorority girl who has partied at each fraternity, I can honestly say that though they are not super popular, the men in this fraternity are classy and fun. The type of men you would introduce to your parents. Never had such great guy friends until meeting these men. They really care about their chapter and about each other.
