Comment:  This is and will continue to be the house for try hards. Join a fraternity because you like them and they like you, not because you just want a fraternity and "brotherhood". All the top houses (not Phi Delt) take guys who didn't think about joining. Phi Delt is just a bunch of wannabe fratstars...which I guess looks good if you are a freshman who doesn't know
