Comment:  In all honesty the sophomores and freshman in this fraternity are attractive, nice, and awesome guys! They're seniors are kinda creepy and awkward but they're all gone now which I guess will help you guys. Especially with the new house on row you guys got, excited to see where you guys will be next year!
