Comment:  a solid upper middle tier frat. cool house with and awesome lawn for daylongs. they let everyone into their parties until they can't fit anymore people. top tiers use them for their parties when they aren't having parties or their isnt a better party to attend. police bust the parties more than other frats because there are just so many people. parties are fun and guys are pretty cool and goodlooking. definitely has potential for moving up in the tier system
