Comment:  Chi O's at OU are definitely top tier and they're fun as hell to party with. I'm not sure why people on here say they're been slipping because during rush almost every girl I talked to loved Chi O and wanted a bid from them. Some of them are stuck up but most are just really fun and cool girls and from my experience the pledge class this year was the best group of girls yet
