Comment:  They're trying reaaaally hard to be top tier, but sucking up to the fraternities and being flat out annoying doesn't make you look better, just desperate. Having an off campus house for parties won't help much either. Just a group of plain Janes that aren't very nice, with a select group of girls that really belong in other chapters but ended up there
