Comment:  Overall Phi Mu seems to be doing well considering how new they are. They are pretty lively and fun to mix with, but their lack of house and foundation as a sisterhood is holding them back. They clearly love each other and send good vibes. Give it a couple years and they will have more cohesiveness.
