Comment:  It's pretty much what you would expect out of a new chapter, most of them didn't get bids to other fraternities and decided to bring this one back. That being said, don't automatically assume they're all a bunch of losers because they didn't get into other fraternities. There are some really nice, fun guys, and there are also some odd ones. The good guys in Sigma Chi are already better than most of the members of some fraternities, and they can easily become a solid chapter in a couple semesters
