Comment:  AEPi reached its peak in Fall 2013 but has struggled to stay afloat since. This house is heading in the wrong direction, fast. They have lost all their connections with the top sororities: Kappa, DG, Theta, and Pi Phi. Their spring parties were an absolute joke with 10-15 of the same AEPi groupies showing up every time and a majority of the brothers creeping on girls from the second floor. A lot of the cute boys are gone, leaving try-hard wanna-be's. A night with AEPi is a night off at SC.
