Comment:  Don't underestimate SAE. At night they throw really awesome parties, but during the day they will say hi to you and if you're closer to them they are really great friends. Definitely down-to-earth, sweet guys. Probably one of the better frats at VCU, definitely not bottom tier at all!!! Wish I went to their parties sooner!!
