Comment:  ATO used to throw some really fun parties and they seemed like they were moving up, but they put quantity over quality in their recruitment, and it really shows. What some would call diversity others would call lack of an identity. They're looked at as a bunch of nice guys who hang out together, but it seems like that's all there is to their brotherhood. they really don't have much of an identity because they give bids to almost anyone. Until they become more selective, they will struggle.
