Comment:  The only reason people don't think they see Chi O's at parties is because they don't run around shouting their letters to anyone who can hear it. They're definitely on the rise, each year they recruit a better and better class of girls. Their exec is a little bit TOO controlling and tries to police a lot more behavior then they should, which is the biggest reason people think they're too uptight. The rest of the house knows how to party and have a good time.
