Comment:  Interesting Fraternity to rate. They have their major ups and downs, like their new pledge classes and community service (but who hasn't this past year?). I would personally not join because of their recruitment tactics, however they do manage well. Needs to earn more respect from Greek community and work more on their brotherhood.
