Comment:  Weather you like it or not, Phi Delt is top tier at this school. they always win the award even though they never deserve it. I would say the dont compete for the top kids like phi psi and sig ep, but they do alot of the things they should. 2nd or 3rd house on campus. Im just giving them a fair ranking on what I think they honestly deserve and dont believe that SAE should be above them in the rankings.
