Comment:  I love the phi kapps. They may be a little weird, a little awkward too, but they would never hurt a fly. I've never felt threatened by them. Infact, I think they are the only frat on campus that I feel safe around. Some of the best guys on campus, and they always bring in amazing new guys every year.
