Comment:  Horrible retention because they literally give a bid to anyone, hence their growth.. The guys I know in this chapter, especially the younger guys, are horribly arrogant and self-righteous. I agree with the comment below that stated they have been heard publicly saying that they will use people, especially sorority girls, for image purposes. it is next to impossible for guys in other fraternities to make friends with this group. Sad, because several of them hold leadership positions on campus.
