Comment:  These guys have their sht together. Down to earth and diverse, this fraternity knows how to chill and party all the same. Great brotherhood as far as I can tell and their sweethearts are mostly gorgouse and fun, and all of them are very friendly. I've haven't had a bad experience with any Phi Delts or their parties. If I was going to rush id consider this frat as they are definitely top tier. (Unbias opinion)
