Comment:  The truth about Theta is that they are pretty one dimensional. They will be attractive to the really smart / academic girls during recruitment who think a chapter's GPA is some sort of indication of how strong the house is. Believe me, it's not. These girls are known for being aloof and snotty. TOO focused on academics. I think they might panic if their grades slipped even just a bit! Smart girls would seriously consider other options.
