Comment:  Alpha Phi is a top group and a lot of girls will really like them during formal recruitment. This is considered a tough house to get invited back to. They have typically recruited the really pretty girls but seemed to loosen up on those standard a bit last year. It's a good sign for them that they are maturing and looking for more well-rounded members. Their grades are an issue, but the smart girls should not rule them out because you can still be a rock star academically and be in this house
