Comment:  SAE has a monopoly over SGA. Would of lost having a house due to Delts coming back as they owned it, but instead used brothers in positions of influence to work out a deal with the university and establish a contract to obtain Pi Kapp until their housing commission finishes the other one. The reality is these guys know how to play the game, they knew what they were doing when they had those contracts established. People are mad because they wanted SAE to go homeless, instead they worked a deal.
