Comment:  a phi wasn't for me but it seems hella fun. easily hottest chapter, though girls aren't necessarily "pretty." was better liked before taking their most recent pc. only really care about their rep for being hot party girls and it comes at a major cost. they put on decent events, otherwise don't do much.
