Comment:  I think Phi Delt is going to have a Great Fall Rush and they are a small house that is growing. If you're rushing this year it's a serious house to consider. They have guy that may not have been the most popular guys in HS, but as a Brotherhood as guys who want to make a difference in their community these guys are at the very top of everyone's list. Overall, these guys are the future leaders of society and I heard that they have some big plans for next year.
