Comment:  Let me preface this by saying that we all know that PKA is off campus, however, they are still top tier along with Delta Chi. They are still huge, even after being off campus for 4 years, blue hawaiian is probably the largest fraternity function at ASU and they are pretty involved off campus. Everyone who says bad things about PKA just wishes they didn't have to follow rules or is in a bottom tier fraternity, in most cases, both. Keep doing your thing guys.
