Comment:  These gentlemen have worked very hard to get where they are, however it's been in vain. They are continually telling people that they're getting their charter. Then suddenly something else comes up and they are left as a colony. Their grades are awful, and so are their attitudes, but they do help out on campus a lot. I don't expect them to be a top tier fraternity anytime soon. If they work hard enough though, they could easily be better than PIKE!
