Comment:  Theta is alright, but these recent ratings are a little ridiculous. Their upcoming senior class is awful and not very outgoing in comparison to their last senior class, last years sophomores were a step up though with a few gems mixed in. They mix with Lambda constantly and almost no other fraternity, so if you are into that go for it.
