Comment:  People don't usually talk about them a lot. But I guess it is better to not have a bad rep. I know a couple of gamma phis they are really nice and not high up on their cloud like other sororities who really aren't even that great. You guys are still new so your obviously not going to be top. every sorority/fraternity has this problem, even though you are probably involved and have cute girls.
