Comment:  Once the goobers of this fraternity graduate and they stop being weird to girls at parties, they will be top 2 house on campus. Incredibly nice house, just need to find a way to utilize it better and it only fits about 30% of their chapter, sucks for the other guys who are stuck just being the lame phi sigs that don't live in the castle.
