Comment:  Only won sports because other fraternities got disqualified, their pledge classes have been weak. Beach week parties were not Project X parties like what was said below. One of them was only big because a Pi Kapp was taking a little sister at their house because the cops came to the Pi Kapp/TKE/Phi Sig/ Pike house. Just overall overrated fraternity boring to party with
