Comment:  Theta is hard to rank because it is a house filled with really smart, really sweet girls but socially they do not do much. If you are looking for good friends and study partners then I'm sure you can find that in theta and that would make them top tier for you but they are not known to really go out.. at all so if you are looking for that theta is not the house for you.
