Comment:  Definitely different now than they were a few years ago. Their parties are fun, the guys are very friendly, their house, although it is old, is in a great location and is great for housing huge parties. If they get a few more great pledge classes they will be top tier in the future but for now I'd say they are a mid-tier frat
