Comment:  I'm going to give correct rankings for all you incoming freshman: A Sig is dead center middle tier. Not the frattiest or best looking guys, but easily the nicest and most down to earth ones (not douches), little nerdy but they've made a complete 180 from where they used to be. They have a strong brotherhood, parties are eh but a few more pledge classes and they may be top tier.
