Comment:  It depends on how you define "top." Granted, they have a lot of cute/nice girls, but they are somewhat narcissistic in that they don't go to events with houses they think as below them. I heard from an Aphie that one time the had an exchange with Psi U (not top) and no one showed up. When an actual top houses, like Gphi and KD, plan an exchange with a lower house, 20-30+ girls show up and make the guys feel welcome. Until Aphie Fixes that, they will never be a top house.
