Comment:  Hard to say there are "Tiers" on a campus with 5 fraternities, but Phi Psi is definitely a power here, Some of the guys they added this year could change that in a few years, but for the time being, probably the fraternity with the edge on the others in IFC. Some members do give them a bit of a reputation, but they're able to overcome that, so props to them.
