Comment:  Sig Chi is probably the closest fraternity to campus, so that's a good thing. The house is pretty cheap to live in. Their party room is bigger than most. The guys though seem to be standoffish about each other and I never see them hanging out together really. I just never sense brotherhood or care about anything they do from the guys.
