Comment:  Dot2Dot has the best privacy out of any fraternity, something like 13 acres. The issue though is that you absolutely have to drive to campus and it's like a 10min drive. This makes socials there really inconvenient because you have to drive a good bit for anything. They also are socially awkward, but I will say they seem like they have some of the best brotherhood on campus.
