Comment:  Delta Sig basically lives in an office building downtown, which makes for great studying and it's a really close walk to campus. The downside though is they have absolutely no yard or any place to socialize outside. The inside is nice but it doesn't feel like a home at all. They are really classy guys though, just not what i think a fraternity should be.
