Comment:  Most people think this house sucks and many consider it a middle tier house at best but people are underestimating them. Girls from my sorority wouldn't have even dared to go here a few years ago but now we come here all the time. The guys especially their younger ones are fun and really hot too and I heard they are doing some renovations to the house which will make it one of the nicest on campus. I can see them being a top house or most likely an upper middle house by the end of next year.
