Comment:  Theta is a good house for a select few. If you are motivated by constant competition between your close friends, then this may be the house for you. They have an ok sisterhood but because they were all the best at everything in their high schools, a lot of girls start having conflicts with others due to jealousy when they are not all the most successful anymore.
