Comment:  These guys are on the cusp of something great if they can pull themselves together, decent guys with a run of bad luck in the grades department but with the Pi Kapps from southern poly affialiating their grades can only improve, the numbers will help with money and possibly filling out a manor. If they can get a pledge class of 20 or 25 solid guys they could honestly be considered better than the pikes here and move from a middle of the road fraternity to possibly top tier. Good Luck.
