Comment:  As a neighbor its an automatic rival relationship as fraternities, but you guys seem to always do well in GW and HC. From what I here mostly great guys, never heard anything negative and definitely one of the best dry houses out there. Great house aesthetically as the inside is very nice. Keep doing your thing and come play volley ball sometime! Didn't know what to put for looks... I just went for "hot"...
