Comment:  I don't know why people are saying nobody thinks highly of Phi Psi. My sisters like the majority of them and would put them at the upper-mid to top-tier level. The older guys were not really top tier level, but the new guys are and they seem to keep getting better pledge classes. They are fun and have a good majority of hot guys now. They are definitely taking Ato's spot soon or in my eyes already have.
