Comment:  Can't participate in any ifc events anymore, and probably can't have parties in their house for a bit. However they have great annexes next year, and we have seen that it doesn't really matter as long as you have good annexes. Pikapp/sae hasn't had a chapter house for two years and they are still a top tier fraternity.
