Comment:  To the person below.. I'm friends with a lot of the new members of Phi Delt and a lot of other frats too so I have a good idea for comparison. Probably the closest brotherhood in rutgers which probably explains how they are moving so fast in the last 2 years (and how they got such a quantity + quality pledge class. The boys Im friends with look up to the older brothers so much its the cutest thing I've ever seen, they literally talk about them like older siblings
